This DMV practise tests for Colorado include questions based on the most important traffic signs and limitations from the Colorado Driver Handbook. To study for the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam, use actual questions that are very similar (often identical!) to the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam.

Each practise test question provides a tip and explanation to help you recall the ideas. Questions about road rules, traffic signs, and driving statutes, as well as information from the Driver Handbook, will be included in the written portion of the official DMV test.

You must properly answer 20 out of 25 questions to receive the requisite passing grade. To help you prepare for your Colorado instruction permit or driver's licence, take our DMV practise test.

The DMV exam is accessible in a variety of languages.

Using a testing aid of any kind will result in an automatic fail, and the DMV may take additional action against your driver's licence, so don't do it.

8 . If two drivers arrive at the same time to a four-way intersection controlled by stop signs:

One driver should honk to indicate that they are giving up the right-of-way. Yield the right-of-way to the driver on your right at a four-way intersection if you both arrive to the intersection at the same time. You may then proceed when it is safe to do so.

9 . When you see other drivers around you acting or reacting in anger:

All of these. When other drivers are behaving angrily, you should take action to physically and mentally distance yourself from the situation. Avoid making eye contact with them, or making body movements or gestures that could provoke them. Slow down, move over, or do whatever you safely can to put yourself out of danger.

10 . A driver with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) between ____ is presumed to be Driving While Ability is Impaired (DWAI) and is subject to legal repercussions.

0.09 and 0.1 percent The amount of alcohol absorbed in your bloodstream is what causes you to feel the effects of drinking. This is called blood alcohol concentration (BAC). A driver with a BAC between 0.05 percent and 0.07 percent is presumed to be Driving While Ability is Impaired (DWAI).

11 . Parking illegally in a parking spot designated for disabled drivers will result in:

Fines, possible jail time, loss of driving privileges, and/or the driver's car being impounded. If an individual parks illegally in a designated handicap-accessible parking spot, they will be subject to a fine of between $350 and $5,000, possible jail time, loss of driving privileges, and/or their car being impounded. Fines may be doubled for someone who illegally uses the plates or placards of another individual.

12 . A driver entering public traffic from a driveway or private road:

Can assume that other drivers will change lanes to make room. If you are entering traffic from a driveway or private road, you should yield to drivers already on the public road. Merge safely into traffic when you are able to do so.
