Always check your blind spot. Other cars and motorcycles are often hidden in a vehicle’s blind spot, so be sure to glance over your shoulder before you begin a lane change. Pavement ends. This sign indicates that the road ahead winds with a series of turns or curves.

3 . When encountering an aggressive driver, you should:

Make sure they know you disapprove of their behavior. If another driver is threatening you or intentionally driving dangerously around you, remain calm and try to put as much distance between the two of you as possible. Slow down and let them pass. Do not make eye contact and do not make obscene gestures.

4 . If an emergency vehicle with flashing lights is traveling in the area where you are driving, you should:

Signal to the emergency vehicle when it is clear for them to pass you. If it is safe to do so, pull your vehicle to the side of the road to give the emergency vehicle an open pathway.

5 . To prevent hydroplaning, you should:

All of the above. To prevent hydroplaning, you should ensure that the tires on your vehicle have good tread depth and are inflated to the proper pressure. Reduce the speed of your vehicle when driving in the rain. Hydroplaning occurs most frequently at higher speeds.

6 . Which of the following recommendations does not promote safe night driving?

Look into the headlights of oncoming vehicles. If you look into the headlights of an oncoming vehicle, the pupil of your eye will contract. After the oncoming vehicle has passed, there will be an interval of time during which the pupil must readjust to the less intense light. During this recovery period, you are virtually driving blind.
