This DMV practise tests for Colorado include questions based on the most important traffic signs and limitations from the Colorado Driver Handbook. To study for the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam, use actual questions that are very similar (often identical!) to the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam.

Each practise test question provides a tip and explanation to help you recall the ideas. Questions about road rules, traffic signs, and driving statutes, as well as information from the Driver Handbook, will be included in the written portion of the official DMV test.

You must properly answer 20 out of 25 questions to receive the requisite passing grade. To help you prepare for your Colorado instruction permit or driver's licence, take our DMV practise test.

The DMV exam is accessible in a variety of languages.

Using a testing aid of any kind will result in an automatic fail, and the DMV may take additional action against your driver's licence, so don't do it.

Tell the children to stay away from the driveway. When you back up a vehicle, look through your back window for pedestrians and other obstacles. Do not rely only on your mirrors, especially when children are near. Before you back into or out of a driveway, get out of the vehicle and check behind your vehicle.

20 . You may park or stop along the shoulder of the freeway:

Only if you have an emergency. It is prohibited to park on the shoulder of a freeway, except in an emergency.

You should not enter the intersecting roadway to gain a better view.

22 . Signs that are colored orange are:

Guide signs. Highway work zones are established according to the type of work underway along the roadway. Signs in work areas are typically diamond-shaped, orange, have black letters or symbols, and serve as a warning that people are working on or near the highway.

23 . How should drivers apply the gas pedal?

Whichever way they feel is best for them Accelerate gradually and smoothly with the top of your foot on the gas pedal and the heel of your foot on the floor. Depressing the gas pedal too quickly can cause the wheels to spin or cause your vehicle to slide, especially if the pavement is wet.

24 . You may pass another vehicle if the line dividing your lane from the lane you wish to enter is a ____ line.

Solid white White lines separate traffic lanes traveling in the same direction. You may cross broken white lines to pass, as long as the passing lane is clear.
