This set of practise tests for the Hawaii DMV include questions based on the most important traffic signs and legislation from the Hawaii Driver Handbook. To study for the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam, use actual questions that are very similar (often identical!) to the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam.

Each question on the practise exam has a tip and explanation to help you recall the ideas. Questions about traffic rules, traffic signs, and driving statutes, as well as information from the Driver Handbook, will be included in the written portion of the official DMV test.

You must properly answer 24 of the 30 questions to receive a passing mark. To help you prepare for your Hawaii instruction permit or driver's licence, take our DMV practise test.

The DMV exam is offered in a variety of languages.

Using any form of testing help will result in an automatic fail, and the DMV may take further action against your driver's licence, so avoid it.

10 . Traffic signals sometimes display arrows to control turns from specific lanes. A green arrow:

Points the way to an airport. A green arrow has the same meaning as a circular green traffic light, but traffic in the indicated lane must turn in the direction shown by the arrow.

11 . This sign means:

This sign means:
Yield. Regulation signs regulate traffic speed and movement, displaying rules which drivers must obey. This regulation sign indicates that parking is not permitted.

12 . Information you need in order to drive safely is gained primarily by:

Turning the radio. Almost all of the information you need in order to safely drive is obtained by seeing. You should have a constant awareness of conditions in your vehicle's vicinity. Special attention should be devoted to conditions a considerable distance ahead of your vehicle.
