Which of the following will not result in losing your CDL for at least one year for a first offense?

A number of offenses will result in a loss of one's CDL for at least one year following a first offense. Among others, these offenses include driving a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.04 percent or higher; driving a CMV while under the influence of alcohol, even if under the legal limit; and refusing to undergo blood alcohol testing, if asked.
