This set of DMV practise tests for the Florida include questions based on the most important traffic signs and laws from the Florida Driver Handbook. To study for the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam, use actual questions that are very similar (often identical!) to the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam.

Each question on the practise exam has a tip and explanation to help you recall the ideas. Questions about traffic rules, traffic signs, and driving statutes, as well as information from the Driver Handbook, will be included in the written portion of the official DMV test.

You must properly answer 40 of the 50 questions to receive the required passing mark. To help you prepare for your Florida instruction permit or driver's licence, take our DMV practise test.

The DMV exam is offered in a variety of languages.

Using any kind of testing assistance will result in an automatic fail, and the DMV may take additional action against your driver's licence, so stay away from it.

22 . You are driving when it starts to sleet or snow. You should:

All of the above. In snowy weather, keep your windshield and mirrors clear. Increase your following distance when driving in wet and cold weather because a slippery road surface will increase the distance needed for your vehicle to stop.

23 . Your brake lights tell other drivers that you:

Are slowing down or stopping. Your vehicle's brake lights indicate to other drivers that you are slowing down or stopping. Your brake lights should always be in working order when you are driving on any roadway.

24 . If you are driving and are 21 years old or older, you are considered to be driving under the influence when your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is a minimum of:

0.08 percent. A driver with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08 percent or higher is driving under the influence. Conviction of driving under the influence may result in a fine, imprisonment, or both.

25 . Passing is prohibited:

All of the above. Locations where it is unlawful and unsafe to pass another vehicle include hills, curves, intersections, and railroad crossings.

26 . You are making a left turn from a two-way street onto a one-way street. When you have completed the turn, your car should be:

In the lane with the least traffic. If you are turning left from a two-way street onto a one-way street, you should complete the turn into the lane closest to the lane you have just left.

27 . When approaching a traffic signal displaying a steady green arrow, drivers:

May drive straight through the intersection. A green arrow displayed on a traffic signal tells drivers that they may turn in the direction of the arrow. You must be in the proper lane for such a turn. Yield the right-of-way to vehicles and pedestrians already in the intersection.

28 . Night driving can be more difficult than driving during the day because:

You are more likely to encounter a motorcycle at night. At night, your field of vision is reduced. To make sure you are able to react to hazards on the roadway, always use appropriate headlights. Drive slowly enough that you are able to stop within the distance that you can see ahead.
