Who is required to wear a safety belt in a moving vehicle?

Under Wyoming law, a safety belt must be worn by all occupants of a moving vehicle, including the driver. It is the driver's responsibility to see that this law is obeyed. Children must be properly restrained in appropriate child-restraint systems.
