A license will be revoked if a driver:

By operating a vehicle on West Virginia roadways, a driver automatically consents to taking a Breathalyzer test determining their blood alcohol concentration (BAC) when requested by an officer. If a driver refuses the test, their license will be suspended for a minimum of one year.
