Which blood alcohol content (BAC) level is the legal limit?

In Georgia, people with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08 percent or higher are considered legally intoxicated. For those below the legal drinking age of 21, a BAC of 0.02 percent or higher is considered legally intoxicated.
