FREE Kentucky DMV Motorcycle Practice Test 2024
This is the Kentucky Motorcycle Operator's License free practice exam. On this sample exam, you'll put your Kentucky Motorcycle Manual to the test. This practice test might help you prepare for the state examination. Make sure you've thoroughly read the instructions before answering these questions. The exam will include four possible responses for each multiple-choice question. Before making a selection, thoroughly read each question and all of the answers. Only one correct response exists for each question. If you're unsure about an answer, read the hint, but keep in mind that the state exam does not provide any assistance. You will be given the correct answer as well as an explanation if you choose the incorrect option. If you answer correctly, you'll move on to the next question. You must correctly answer 24 of the 30 questions on this practice exam to pass. If you pass this exam, it's not a guarantee that you'll pass the state exam, but it's a start.
1 . When changing lanes:

2 . If you began a curve on the outside and no traffic is present when you are exiting the curve, you should move:
If no traffic is present when you are taking a curve, start on the outside of the curve to increase your line of sight and the effective radius of the turn. As you turn, move toward the inside of the curve. As you pass the center of the curve and prepare to exit, move back toward the outside position. Remain aware of changing road and traffic conditions and adjust as necessary.

Goggles and face shields will help protect your eyes from wind. Most windshields, as well as eyeglasses or sunglasses, will not.
4 . What does alcohol do to your riding skills and judgement?

Before entering a turn, a motorcyclist should reduce their speed by closing the throttle and, if necessary, applying both brakes.
7 . Snow and ice melt:
Snow and ice melt faster in some places than in others. Places that are likely to remain frozen for the longest periods of time include low areas, shaded areas, bridges, and overpasses.
