The Massachusetts DMV practise examinations have been updated for January 2024. It includes questions based on the Massachusetts Driver Handbook's most significant traffic signals and legislation for 2024. Use actual questions that are very similar (often identical!) to the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam to study for the DMV driving permit test and driver's licence exam.
On the practise exam, each question gets a tip and explanation to help you remember the concepts. The written component of the official Massachusetts DMV test will include questions about traffic rules, traffic signs, and driving statutes, as well as knowledge from the Driver Handbook.

During the winter, take extra precautions when driving on bridges and overpasses, which can freeze before and remain icy longer than other roadways. A road on which ice and snow are completely frozen is pretty slippery, even though it provides more traction than a road with melting ice.

Regulation signs regulate traffic speed and movement, displaying rules which drivers must obey. Wherever this regulation sign is posted, U-turns are not permitted.
18 . A red traffic signal light means that you must:
A red traffic light means that you must stop before entering the intersection. You must at any stop line and before entering any crosswalk.
